We have been going to Parkview for 20 years and even though it has gone through a lot of changes, we still trust them with our pets. Every vet has been great to work with and the staff always seems to be able to get us in quickly within reason. And considering how expensive vet care can be now, I feel like they are pretty reasonable.

I signed up for a Thrive Plus membership after being introduced to their services through this clinic network, and the experience has been very frustrating. I canceled the membership within a few days (well within the 30-day period stated in their terms) and did not use any services. Despite that, I received no response from support for over a week. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, which was resolved in my favor. However, I was charged again afterward, and the membership still shows as active. This has required unnecessary time and effort to deal with something that should have been handled properly. I would strongly recommend being cautious before signing up for Thrive memberships.
