Oz Animal Hospital Lincoln Park

My dog Raksha and I have had a great experience at this vet clinic. The team consistently provides excellent care, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they treat. Scheduling appointments is easy thanks to their strong availability, which makes a big difference when life gets busy. The front desk staff are always warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, compassionate veterinary care.

We are huge fans of this privately owned practice and of our vet, Dr. Katz. We've been with her for almost 10 years and she's provided expert, compassionate, and practical care for our cats, from young to old. I have always appreciated that she recommends care/interventions with a purpose, and doesn't just pile on costly tests. It means a lot to us that this practice is not a big company, but a locally-owned vet.

Great experience thus far. Incredibly responsive - they pick up the phone, text back and give you a call if needed regarding vet test results. I’m really happy with the care we have gotten.

My 5 year old standard poodle has had the worst luck with his health recently, but wow am I grateful for this vet office. All the DVMs are so wonderful and take the time to hear you out and address every single concern you might have. There is never a moment where you feel as if they are jumping to worst case scenario; everything is addressed in the order that makes most sense for your animal and your wallet. I really am writing this review in the hopes that Katie at the front desk gets the recognition she deserves. While away on a vacation in Puerto Rico, my dog had a bad GI bug that was not resolving. She talked me through all my options and helped me coordinate care with my dog sitter. She went so above and beyond to help me and Norman, I am so thankful to have an office I can trust even from a thousand miles away. Thank you Katie and team for all the help this past month!

Oz animal hospital has been our vet for the past 6 years with all our dogs. Dr. Katz is very thorough with her assessment and Dr. Maione. The front desk staff are always a pleasure to speak with. Highly recommend for quality care.
