Owl Creek Veterinary Hospital

The staff is so wonderful and my pups have always been happy and healthy in their care. However they are one of the most expensive vets I've been to. even down to a simple nail trim. $40 is absolutely insane.

Dr. Hill has been the most excellent veterinarian that I have ever have worked with. We moved vets just A few months before Dixie (lab) passing At the ER vet. When Owl Creek found out that she passed, we were sent a card with forget me not seeds ❤️ Eight months later, we lost our sweet Angel, our sweet dachshund. And we received a card for Angel too. Dr. Hill has been nothing but kind and understanding during our grieving process. When we needed to have an emergency appointment for our Delta, husky, she brought Him right away. In our most recent baby, Ani, Dr. Hill has been excellent with her and reassuring To us as as she is our first real rescue. I can’t say enough about Dr. Hill, her kindness and compassion. I need more space for that. 😊.

I took my dog to Owl Creek Vet for the first time last week. He needed 2 shots prior to attending doggy daycare. The staff quickly and carefully administered the shots and got my dog in to daycare. I like that Owl Creek requires all dogs to be up to date on vaccinations and exams. My dog then went to play with the other dogs and had a blast. He was well supervised and I received a progress report from the staff when I picked him up. The whole experience was fantastic! My dog is already scheduled for doggy daycare this week.

I've had a wonderful experience with owl creek. Vet visits can be pricey depending on the concern however I've never felt taken advantage of. As someone who doesn't shy away from asking several questions the staff addressed each one with care and always follow up with a call to ensure my pup is responded well to the treatment plan. They took my dog to the back to do an exam something I've never experienced at a vet visit I asked if they would perform the exam in the room and without issue or making it feel like an inconvenience to policy they did. When I need a last minute appointment for my pups anal gland issues they always accommodate. I really appreciate the staff making every visit a smooth and kind experience.

Dr Hil and the staff were friendly, professional and kind from the beginning of the visit to the end. Dr Hill was informative and patient, educating us on the testing and diagnosis of our boy Clyde. She detailed the long term care needs and provided reassurance that they would follow up along the way. We have no complaints, only praise for the team we encountered at Owl Creek.
