Olive Veterinary Hospital

We have been with Olive Veterinary for over 50 years. First 20 years with the dad and the last 30 years with the son. Both have been very knowledgeable and tell it like it is. I appreciate their service and the long time assistants that work with the doctor. The office is always clean. Worth the wait in the office.

I came in seeking care for my senior dog and had questions about the choice of medication prescribed. I respectfully asked why Ostifen was recommended instead of Galliprant, as my understanding is that Galliprant is often preferred for long term pain management in geriatric dogs due to a lower cumulative risk profile. Rather than explaining the rationale for his recommendation, the veterinarian became defensive and told me he was "doing me a favor," and that I was not a good fit for his practice because I asked questions. I was not attempting to challenge his expertise, I simply wanted to understand the treatment plan for my dog. I believe pet owners should feel comfortable asking questions about their animal's care without being dismissed. While I respect that every practice has its own style, this experience was not a good fit for me or my expectations as a client.

Dr. Suda is great. He's down to earth, easy to talk to and very straight forward. The staff are very nice and good about getting your pet an appt when you need it.

I have been going to Dr Suda since he has been in practice and went to his Father before that and just love him and Maggie his receptionist. I just hope he doesn't retire as I have dogs and cats that need him.

The best vet ever and his staff. They're so wonderful. I've been going there for many years. All I have is good to say my fur babies love them too
