Alexis was amazing and polite over the phone and solved an issue I was having regarding my dog Karliahs medication! Alexis was polite and she didn’t forget about my needs while juggling what I imagine was a super busy Friday. I was looking for a vet that could get a rescue kitten in on short notice so I could begin to introduce it to my home a few days ago. Part of why I chose them is the ‘wellness plan’ they offer since we will be making multiple trips these first few months, including the spay/neuter and vaccines which add up fast. Oak Heart was very responsive, helpful, and everyone in office is so nice! I look forward to getting to know their practice more to even consider switching from my long-term primary vet.

We used Oak Heart for emergency care and their knowledge and compassion during those two visits was a clear indication of how important vet care is to them. I would have chosen them for my regular vet services if I realized they were there. The tech, Ariyana was so sweet and caring on the phone and in person. Dr. Raimo-Moore was so informative and helped our fur baby cross over the rainbow bridge. They even brought out a little snack plate for my girl and sweet talked her like she was their own. They didn’t get the good parts of being our vet but you would not have known it by the way they handled themselves. Thank you both for being you! That kind of compassion is not faked. Highly recommend.

They pay attention to what we are talking to them about. I feel like they have our dogs needs first! Very important to us. She id getting older and they are helping us help her in the best way

My dog Kobe is in training with two staff members who spend a lot of quality time with him. He really looks forward to playing with these special trainers, and it's amazing how much he seems to understand since he started coming here. I like to give him different options, and he responds in his own special way. Thanks so much, everyone. We truly love bringing our fur babies here!🐕
