Oahu Veterinary Clinic

Dr. Choy was very knowledgeable and thoughtful when I brought up any concerns regarding my cats. She was very thorough and went above and beyond for the care of my cats. I appreciate that she was also very friendly and gentle with my cats. I also appreciate that they use Cherry as a payment vendor to break payments up in manageable amounts. I feel more confident getting any care all 3 of my cats need since I can pat in increments.

Over priced and very poor communication. They would not prescribe me the meds for a yeast ear infection because they require a visit first. The total price of the visit and medication was about $450. I was told the follow up visit was free and I was charged about $120. Definitely do not recommend this place unless you want to get charged for everything!

We care very deeply about our rabbit, so finding the right veterinarian has always been very important to us. We have seen a few different vets over the years, but Dr. Ganzer is the one we trust with her care. He is kind, understanding, and always takes the time to answer our questions. When our rabbit has needed emergency dental care, he has gone out of his way to fit her into his schedule and bring her into surgery. We appreciate how prompt and thoughtful he is with follow-up calls after surgery. He gives an approximate time of calling and calls within 20 minutes which I know is difficult with the jam packed schedule. It is great to have an idea of when I will receive word of how my rabbit is doing. Knowing our rabbit is in Dr. Ganzer's care gives us peace of mind, and we are so grateful to have him as our veterinarian. Dr. Ganzer is an exceptional veterinarian who is always kind, understanding, and professional. He genuinely cares about the health and well-being of every animal he treats, and that compassion shows in every interaction. The staff are also very nice and accommodating, the techs are always very gentle with our rabbit which we appreciate.

When it comes to a vet clinic where guinea pigs are taken care of in the best way possible, this is the place to go. I brought my two babies there last year and they got the best check up and then I brought my newest baby today and everything was as perfect as usual. They keep records and are very knowledgeable and professional.

Our dog Happy’s veterinarian, Dr. Kaya, is truly wonderful. He is always patient, sincere, and caring during every examination, and he genuinely listens to my concerns and answers thoughtfully. We really respect and appreciate his dedication. The Oahu vet Clinic staff are also consistently kind and friendly, which makes every visit a positive experience. We are very grateful and happy with the care they provide. 🙏
