Amazing clinic! They took care of my baby very well and they really have a deep knowledge of cats. This was the clinic that I got the most information from about by cat's issue
Read on GoogleHonestly really rude girls with slot of attitude were very nice with my cat either, when I tried explaining my financial situation on how I can't purchase extra vaccines right now she was really rude about it to me and tried to make it sound like I wasn't a good cat owner which is v unprofessional. I feel like a smile and some kindness is free and can go a long way and they need to learn this before they get reported...
Very disappointed in responsiveness, cost, communication. Initial diagnosis I was charged for medicines I didn't receive, I had to call back and be refunded for that. One medication that was prescribed and used was prescribed for seven days twice a day. I only received enough for about four days. when that medication did not solve the issue, more testing was suggested. When I asked if there might be less expensive tests they said they would get back to me, however, no phone calls came, and I had to chase them down for answers.
I’ve been with Neartown Animal Clinic for 8 years now, for both my pups and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better place. The entire team is incredibly attentive, caring and professional. Every time we come in, I feel completely confident that my dogs are getting the best care possible. The doctors and staff are fully at your disposal and so caring with my dogs and I trust the doctors completely. From every annual check up, vaccine tech appointment, and emergency or even simple concerns I or my pups have. Neartown Animal Clinic is the best and top care there is for Pets.Thank you for all you do for my babies. 🐶💛 Could not recommend enough!
Read on GoogleThis vet clinic used to be good with friendly technicians and doctors and my dog loved coming here. Now, it's a completely different story. The front desk is rude and short, in person and on the phone. Last time I was there one of the technicians argued with me over how to bring my dog into the room because she was anxious. I didn't appreciate being talked to like a child, that was so unprofessional. Thirdly, there's no doctors that are quickly in and out. They are nice enough but not very helpful and do not sit with you and take time to explain everything thoroughly. Lastly, the prices are CRAZY! My dog went in for ONE flu vaccine today and they charged us for the tech visit, a medical waste fee, and the shot (overpriced per other vets) and it was $100! That is crazy for one vaccine! And she was due for another and they forgot to give it to save us money from having to go back. Overall, avoid this place at all costs if you want to save money and be treated with respect.
