For years, previous vets told me sedation was the only option because she was so fearful. I watched as Dr. Fackrell and Magda calmly assessed the situation and confidently tried a different approach. Instead of forcing the issue, they used a gentle "air jail" hold, allowing Tootsie to stay secure while Magda quickly trimmed her nails. She didn't even flinch! It was over in moments, and for the first time, it felt like her fear and the stress surrounding nail trims had finally been broken.
