I took my cat Flow Jo to my vet, Modern Animal. Once again, I'm very happy with them. The best thing and the most unique thing about Modern Animal is that they are available to chat 24/7 when you have a membership. It's really wonderful. They're very good and very prompt to get back to you. I've been very happy with them and I really recommend them highly.

Very friendly staff and doctor. Clean clinic with even easy free parking in back. Was even able to get a same day visit scheduled highly recommend.

We are extremely impressed with Dr. Chang and staff. First, we were encouraged to accompany our cat, Bowie, to the exam room to comfort him during the procedures. The pet-focused philosophy to make visits as as non-threatening as possible is wonderful. During the exam, Dr. Chang was very intent on reducing Bowie's anxiety. Equally important was Dr. Chang's obvious competence and knowledge: he quickly and accurately diagnosed Bowie's condition and offered a very sound and creative management plan. And, the technical staff who performed the lab work were simply amazing, exhibiting a rare blend of competence and compassion. My wife and I, as long-time pet owners, have sought care at many veterinary clinics over the years and this was easily the best experience we have had. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Chang and staff to take excellent and loving care of your precious pets.

We were seen on time and the nursing staff and doctor were amazing. all the staff treated my dog so lovingly and the level of care is amazing.

Three bad experiences. Three chances. Never again. The first time, my cat received the wrong diagnosis. The second time, I drove all the way to my appointment but arrived only 10 minutes late. They refused to see us and sent us home. Today was the final straw. I scheduled an appointment for Lucy’s routine monthly arthritis injection and clearly explained why we were coming. They confirmed the appointment. After we arrived with my cat—who had just undergone surgery and was in pain—they suddenly told me I had to pay an additional $85 exam fee before they would give the injection. If an exam was required, why wasn’t I told when I made the appointment? What makes this situation even more upsetting is that Lucy was recovering from surgery and was in pain. I was trying to get her the care she needed during a very vulnerable time, but we were turned away.
