Did not have a positive experience here. My first review was deleted. Doctor didn't explain reasons for pricey tests. Even my dogs prescriptions were more expensive here than other places.

2 weeks ago I had to euthanize my baby Jasmine. She was in my life for almost 16 years and it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. The staff at Lyndale Animal hospital were kind and understanding, they gave me space to prepare myself, they explained the procedure and they really helped make a extremely hard situation a little more bearable. I even got a card with a hand written note from the vet a week later. When I decide it's time to get another pet, I will definitely continue using them to care for my babies. Thank You 😊 🙏

I've taken my cat here for six years for everything from checkups to prescriptions to surgery, and I can't recommend them enough. They've always been so helpful and friendly and gotten my cat the care she needed

I prefer my dogs to see Dr. Stoddart but have seen Dr. Olsson twice when issues have popped up with my dogs. Clinic can usually fit you in pretty quick. Front desk staff are great. Both doctors have been great with my anxious guys. At our last visit, the vet tech also noticed my dog was on a weird split vaccine schedule. They asked the vet if there was a way to consolidate them, which Dr. Olsson was able to do despite our visit being for something unrelated. Very appreciative.

I initially had a very positive experience here with Dr. Benson and came for several years. Since she's left I only went back one time. The doctor was misleading about the need for expensive lab work that was not necessary, nor was it used for the purpose the doctor had claimed it would be. I very much feel their priority is profit and not my pet's well being. And what they said did not match what they did. We won't be back.
