Lovet Pet Health Care - Madison

My son made an appointment and we were running a little bit late for them to see his cat so he called from the car and we were three minutes late and the front desk told us that they couldn't see us cause we were two minutes late for our appointment not only will be very upset about that but the front desk and I use the word, loosely ladies smirk and laughed. We called the manager, and she will not help us. She would not give us an appointment. She would not call the front desk and say this person anyway 100% never go to this place or any of their locations.

I absolutely love Lovet! And I hope I'm remembering correctly, but I think my vet's name is Dr. Brooklyn. She is amazing—she answers every one of my anxious pet-parent questions and keeps me updated throughout the exam in real time, which I really appreciate. They're also very affordable and even offer payment plans, which makes quality care much more accessible. They took such wonderful care of my last cat before the ownership change. He lived to be 20 years old, and I always felt he was in the best hands. Since then, they've continued to be just as wonderful with my two current cats. My kitten recently had his annual exam and was so comfortable the entire time. My adopted cat is usually very nervous at the vet, but the staff was so patient and gentle that he ended up relaxing and doing great. I've had consistently positive experiences here, and I always recommend Lovet to my fellow pet parents!

My dog is a new patient and already in only a couple interactions with the clinic I am very happy with the care she received. We ran into difficulties with another clinic and groomer due to my mini Aussie being anxious but Lovet handled her with great care and competence far beyond what she received elsewhere. My pup's reaction was night and day difference. The staff was very quick to return phone calls and go the extra mile to help send over a written prescription while we were traveling. They were the first to recognize the urgency of her needs and not require me to go through great lengths to obtain proper care. Lovet has earned our future business and respect. Thank you all.

The staff are the best and most caring I've come across. They really sooth my dogs anxiety which has Addisons disease. The facilities are nice and clean. They also help with accommodating busy schedules.

Dr Sam and staff were great! They answered all my questions and calmed my nerves. This was my first time ever with any of my pets, doing a teeth cleaning. I had heard so many horrible stories, so I didn’t know what to expect. They went through step by step what was going to happen. My little angel was in great hands and did super well. I love my vet!
