Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen brought her favorite pup in for his vaccines. The staff were friendly, kind, and gentle with my best friend. The end.

I made a same day appointment on a Saturday !!! For my guinea pig not only did they see me right away the guy answering phones told me how it's hard to find parking outside just an fyi and that was very sweet of him. The entire staff down to the doctor is amazing and super friendly. They have become our vet for our exotic pets for sure. On top of that prices are very reasonable.

1st they gave me flee treatment and forgot to charge me then made it seem like I took it which irritated me I eventually paid for it when I came back down to Long Beach after receiving like 5 voicemail another thing I don't like just tried to refill medication for my dog they said it takes 24 hrs which is crazy when they where able to fill it the same day I had an appointment. It should take mins for approval not 24 hours I'm in Long Beach today . I live in another city time to find another vet . All they were worried about is scheduling another visit / follow up really .

I came in for anal gland for my dog and they told me $35 over the phone. Once I got in they charged me additional $75 for a "mandatory exam" .. then they made me wait an hour at 9:30 pm when the place was empty. Staff was rude and the doctor made extremely racist remarks toward me being black

I had an incredible experience at Long Beach Animal Hospital with Dr. Loper. He was patient, attentive, and answered all of my questions, making sure my dog, Bubba, was comfortable and well cared for. I'm so grateful to have found him to care for my senior baby. The entire staff was wonderful.
