We've brought one of our cats here twice now, and both visits have been very welcoming. I love that they write the pets' names on the chalkboard--it's such a thoughtful, personal touch. They even asked my daughter if she wanted a popsicle, which was very kind.
We did have a bit of a wait to see the veterinarian, but we completely understood since it was a Saturday. I wouldn't say this is the most affordable clinic, but we continue coming here because it's convenient, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming.

Such a wonderful veterinarian team. We’ve been with Dr. Emily for a bit, and cannot be more thankful for the compassion, kindness, and knowledge of their team. We’ve had other veterinarians in the past, and this group is a step above. #thankful
Overall, the experience has been positive thus far.
I have a large, protective dog who is quite discerning about his environment and the people within it. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I decided to consider transferring his care to Lone Tree Veterinary Clinic. I stopped in to checked it out and was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable receptionist who assisted in scheduling an appointment.
Lone Tree offers extended hours during the week and on Saturdays, which is very convenient given my Monday through Friday work schedule. Our initial appointment exceeded my expectations. We were unsure whether it would be a casual meet-and-greet or if we could complete the necessary medical procedures, such as a heartworm test and vaccinations.
True to his protective nature, my dog displayed his characteristic barking and guarding tendencies. Despite this, the staff demonstrated a strong commitment to providing a “fear-free” veterinary experience, emphasizing positive reinforcement and treats. This approach allowed us to have a successful visit, during which we discussed feasible options for completing the required veterinary care and devised a suitable plan.
Both my dog and I left the clinic feeling comfortable, which marked a significant improvement from previous veterinary visits.
had a rough start getting my cat Apollo into his carrier and then him being so scared he urinated all of me in the car. But the staff here was super kind and accommodating. They offered me a towel to clean up a bit and a pee pad for his carrier . They let him explore and feel out his surroundings, even offered him a chicken popsicle, then they examined his eye and expressed his butt glands. They were so so kind and helpful, i will 100% be a returning guest!
The total coat was also super reasonable, i paid $100 for the visit/meds/treatments. Super relieved with this experience 💕
Dr. Emily loves our dogs! She is gentle and kind. She will sit and pet them until they are comfortable during the visit. She is calm and loving, which in turn gives our dogs comfort. Even when she has to poke them! The staff are also kind, listen, and are knowledgeable. Dr. Emily and her staff are the best!
This clinic has not reached the certification score, and we have no accreditation or service records for it yet.
