We took our Quinnie bunny here for emergency care. Quin was Unfortunately to far gone with her unknown cancer diagnosis and went into cardiac arrest by the time we got her there. Dr. Moore was nothing short of amazing. She was kind, fully transparent and empathetic. The staff was kind as well. We appreciate the end of care She received with you guys. ❤️
I wanted to wait a full week until my Nutless wonders made a full recovery before posting.
I called on 07/03/26 to make an appointment for a wellness check/shots for Indica and Sativa (both male cats). I was surprised they had a morning appointment open after the holiday on the 5th at 9am, so I took it.
I arrived and met with the front office staff and the girls were just chill and very helpful. They walked me through all the paper work to have them signed in, which took maybe 10 minutes give or so. I met with the tech and doc, they both provided information on what was going to happen next. Doc took them back to the exam room and 10-15 minutes later, they were returned. I asked doc when we could schedule the removal of the family jewels, was told Monday morning at 9am.
Following morning, I arrived and met with the same front office staff, got them signed in and was taken back 15 minutes later. I was informed they would call with updates (when the surgery stated, ended/recovery and pick-up). I picked them up at 1:30 and they were not happy (I get it, neither would I).
I was given post-op instructions on after care with some pain meds on deck by their vet pharmacist. One week later, they are running around like nothing happen; and whoever took care of Sati's hair patches....just freaking awesome, I had so many issues with that. :)
We had a Guinea Pig that was declining fast after 7.5 years. There are only a handful of clinics that can work with exotic pets. We made the decision to put him down since his quality of life was so poor. We would like to thank everyone at Lone Mountain Animal Hospital for the incredible compassion shown from start to finish with our piggie. From the person that answered the initial phone call, to the front desk people, the intake technician and the Vet herself. It is never easy euthanizing a family pet, but the way it was handled definitely helped us. Thank you all.

Yelp
This vet is completely incompetent. Took my kitten to them 3 times for the 3 sets of shots - waited an hour for shots the first 2 times, then 45 minutes for the last set of shots. They quoted me $230 on the phone for spay 2 weeks ago, when I went in they gave me a printed sheet with a $447 quote for "basic level" spay and over $1,000 for "high level care." Then, cherry on the cake, they didn't put the administration or expiration dates on the rabies vaccine. Had to go back and have it reprinted BUT THEY COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW TO ADD THE DATES. Left without a reprint, was emailed the correct rabies certificate 6 hours later. No apology, no recourse, nothing, just the updated certificate in the email.

Yelp
HORRIBLE PEOPLE. They scared my cousin into thinking her dog was in a LIFE OR DEATH situation. She ate some bad food from the garbage and was throwing up... cousin took her to this vet as it was one of the few open on a Sunday. Dr told her the dog needed an emergency spay as the dog has a high chance of getting SEPSIS . Quoted her $2200 for the emergency spay, not including medication etc. my cousin called 7 other vets, they reviewed the X-Rays and was told by multiple other DR's that her dog in fact, DID NOT need an emergency spay, was in fact NOT vulnerable for sepsis... the pain n suffering they put my cousin through for money is disgraceful, the employees, doctors owners should be ashamed of themselves. They paid YELP to remove her original review, Dr called my cousin back saying they will "look over the x-rays again and give her a call back" and of course NEVER did. Don't waste your time, money or emotions with these people. Disgusting. And if they pay to remove my review, we will just keep coming back to inform people of their misinformation and money grubbing.
