Livewell Animal Urgent Care of East Nashville

Everyone that I had any contact with were extremely nice, caring and comforting to me and Roxi. We were seen as soon as we walked in. I received specific details of what injuries she had as well as the medication she would need to take. They even checked on both of us the following day which I thought was awesome! I highly recommend Livewell to everyone that needs urgent care for their fur babies. Thank you Livewell!!!

It was such a good experience. The entire medical staff was knowledgeable, my dog is a bit of a special one with all her medical issues & they followed everything. Turns out she just had a small cut on her paw, we were in & out in just a half hour. I enjoyed the entire experience. Also for an urgent care the pricing was very reasonable. I won't hesitate to go there again.

I am absolutely disgusted by the way my family and my dog were treated. We arrived at Livewell at 9:55 PM, five minutes before their posted 10:00 PM closing time, while my dog was experiencing what we believed to be a medical emergency. The front door was already locked, so the receptionist had to unlock it just to speak with us. Instead of providing care or even having the veterinarian assess whether my dog was stable, we were simply told they were closed, the doctor was leaving, and that we would have to go somewhere else. When you advertise emergency veterinary services until 10:00 PM, locking your doors early and refusing to even evaluate an animal in distress before your posted closing time is unacceptable. Those five minutes can be the difference between life and death for someone's beloved pet. The complete lack of compassion, urgency, and professionalism we experienced was shocking. Pet owners come to an emergency clinic during some of the most frightening moments of their lives. To be turned away before the stated closing time, without so much as an examination, showed a level of indifference that no family should have to experience. I sincerely hope Livewell reevaluates its policies and reminds its staff that every minute matters in an emergency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend trusting them with a pet whose life may depend on timely care.

I can’t thank the team at LiveWell enough. Dr. Gibson’s surgical expertise quite literally saved my cat. After calling over ten other clinics on a holiday weekend, everyone turned us away. Erica was the first person who answered our call and truly cared about our situation. Sierra was incredibly kind and helpful at the front desk. Holly made us feel like Fluffy was truly loved and cared for. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help meant more than I can express.

Something was way off with my malinois. I went to make an appointment online (incredible!) but called anyway and they got me right in. You guys got us in quickly, ran the right tests, were compassionate and helpful - respected that my dog does not do well with other dogs or strangers. And your pricing was incredibly reasonable.
