This one it was going to be the clinic of my dog for one year already, everything great until we started having attitud problems with one of the receptionist.
On one visit, my dog peed on the floor, she was a puppy and she peed a little, she showed attitude towards my wife, saying to the dog they have at the clinic: "I know it wasn't you, because you know where to go". My wife apologized for the inconvenient and say that she was going to clean up, she refused but still showed up attitude.
Today, I went into the clinic as a walk-in, (I know that you need appointment) but I went because my dog was peeing on a really brown color the night before and I couldn't make one, I got there with my dog and I said that I have an emergency( for me, was an emergency since my dog is family and I wanted to know what is wrong with her to act as fast as possible) she told me that the doctor was at surgery, and that they were totally booked for that they and that there were just openings for the next day. I completely understand, and I was never rude, she asked: "is your dog vomiting or faiting?" I said no, then she addd with mean tone, "So is not an emergency" then she said, "if you wanna go get that check there a pet clinic that close at six or if you want I can call emergency so they can drop everything that they're doing so they can attend you" all this was said on a really mean tone, not even looking at us to our faces or eyes, we were not being mean, we didn't deserve that treatment, so, I'm removing my dog from this clinic because I don't want to have any conversation or services with that lady.
Just wanted to thank the entire team for their delicate and determined care for Coffee even after he passed away. Their way of connecting through text and call was prompt, easy to reach, and thoughtful.
They were the ones who diagnosed Coffee with degenerative heart condition and gave me treatments. Alot of other vets that I go every year never diagnosed him, only told us he has a heart murmur but didn't go further than that. They were very detailed about Coffee's condition, something I appreciate because Ive always been questioning his condition.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago Coffee started having a smell that smelled like death. We took him to this vet again. The vet was direct, informative, and well intentioned. Before we could consider putting Coffee in any procedure we made sure to do some tests. Less than 24 hours later the vet called us to immediately request us to come back to explain the results. The results, while devastating, was handled with vigilance and care. The vet gave me time to cry afterwards in the room. They did all they could for my boy. In emergency they printed out the files so if his condition worsened were he had to be taken to the emergency, the papers were already there.
I originally scheduled a euthanasia appointment with them but Coffee peacefully passed in my arms before then. They recommended this amazing place called Honor Pet when it comes to giving me and my dog peace. Thank you so much for doing your best with Coffee. Im very grateful.

Yelp
I was happy to find this little place with friendly staff and a vet who is reasonable and really spends her time to listen to your concerns.
Thank you!

Yelp
This place is extremely expensive and not worth it. They are always suggesting added costs - tests, bloodwork, etc.
They clearly put their business first and not the animal care. They just want your money.
Good place if you have no other options but definitely better more affordable care is available for fur babies.

Yelp
I've been taking my cat and dog there for a year now and I have never been pushed or rushed for care. The RVTs are kind, polite, efficient, and competent. They are also very responsive (with no emergencies, of course). Dr Kyun is also delightful. He's forthcoming, kind, and explains things plainly, which is wonderful since I have learning disabilities and I can understand him with no issues. I have never been pushed for care or given unnecessary options for them to make money. I have senior pets so it's more costly now than before, but I knew that going in to pet ownership. They understand that we can afford what we can and will adjust the treatment plan, as needed. Thank you all!
Please treat this staff, and all vet staff at any clinic, with kindness and compassion. I know we're stressed but they get into this field for the same reason we own pets, cuz they love them. Burnout is extreme, serious, and common. so please be patient and kind to those in Vet Care.
