Read on GoogleAbsolutely Worth the Wait for Exceptional Care! We cannot recommend Lincoln Ave. Vet Clinic highly enough! It took quite a while for our dog to become a patient here because they intentionally limit their practice to ensure they can realistically and safely treat every animal in their care. Unlike several other local clinics that overbook, they prioritize quality over quantity—and it was absolutely worth the wait. The medical team is truly fantastic. We absolutely love Dr. Nagel and Dr. Wright, and we sorely miss Dr. Bowden. Our dog has a rare disease that several other hospitals completely missed, but the doctors here recognized it and began treatment immediately, which has vastly improved our dog's quality of life. When our dog recently had a non-life-threatening emergency, they prioritized us on a cancellation list and we were seen within 24 hours. The vet techs do an excellent job of explaining treatment. All of the staff treat your animals with compassion and respect. Beyond the extraordinary veterinary care, the entire support staff and groomers are exceptional, attentive, and kind. As an added bonus, the facility itself is immaculate. If you have ever noticed how some veterinary offices carry a peculiar animal smell, you won't find that here—the clinic is spotless and always smells incredibly fresh. If you are looking for a veterinary practice that offers brilliant diagnostics, compassionate care, and a pristine environment, this is it.
Read on GoogleBeyond grateful for Lincoln Ave Vet. Being able to drop off my fur babies, Koko and Marley in the morning for Grooming and pick up after work is one less worry for me. Front office staff always friendly. Jay always does an awesome job with my boys grooming.
We have used this office for many years. Always kind, caring and truly concerned when you pet is not doing well. Prices are very fair and nothing fancy to look at, but the feeling there is warm, not that cold clinic feeling you get with the new pet hospitals. Truly a "5" star place for your pets' medical needs.
This facility is god send and I am very thankful for the sedation grooming service they have provided for my very anxious dog, Chapito and their patience due to his extreme fear based aggression-anxiety. However, the reason for my Yelp post is to notify the office of a negative interaction I encountered with who I was told was named Nadine, front office staff. Throughout the interaction, I found her manner to be rude and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable, she also cut me off mid sentence while letting her know who I was checking in (no greeting by her of course). I understand that medical offices can be busy and stressful environments, but respectful communication is very important to patients. This is the second time I've encountered this issue with her. I would have liked to address this privately but was unable to find an email or telephone number that was not the front office. I'm sharing this feedback not to place blame, just to create awareness. All in all, I'm thankful for their services and will bring in Chapito for his groomings.
