I had to bring my 12-year-old Sealyham Terrier, Frida, to Liberty Veterinary Clinic on short notice when she suddenly became ill. Dr. Caroline Patten and the staff were compassionate, professional, and thorough. They performed an examination and X-rays to rule out serious causes of her symptoms, explained their findings clearly, and provided supportive treatment that helped her feel much better. As a veterinarian myself, I appreciated their thoughtful approach, excellent communication, and genuine concern for Frida’s well-being. I am grateful for the care she received and would not hesitate to recommend Liberty Veterinary Clinic to others.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this vet. I set up an appointment for a day my cat appeared to be constipated and in pain. They came out and did extensive bloodwork. She told me she suspected my cat had kidney disease In order to receive results in a timely manner, I had to pay more. They also administered subcutaneous fluids, an enema, then did an upper respiratory panel (as my cat has feline herpes and occasional outbreaks) They also suggested taking blood from my other cat who is difficult to put in a carrier. They put her in a net. She was screaming the whole time. Fast forward, my cat’s kidneys are fine- but she had high thyroid levels. Needed to start methimazole. Took an 80 dollar deposit. That was two months ago. They never ordered it. They never shipped it Never bothered to follow up at all! They ignore all my calls about it. Tell me they will call me back and never do. It’s unbelievable I had to file a dispute They gave me the blood results of my other cat ( normal) They never gave me the results of the upperrespiratory panel ( lost, never even done). who knows? they kept adding on to the bill This “test” was done in the bathroom after she had her enema. So who knows if they even did it I lost all trust When i ask, they either ignore my calls or say they will call back and never do They also wanted a 500 dollar deposit to clean my cat’s teeth They said they would pick her up and drop her off My thoughts- I’d gove the deposit and be ignored Or they would pick up my cat and ignore me This has been so completely unbelievable to me If you decide to use this vet, use caution

The vet and her assistant came by my apartment to vaccinate my puppies. The vet was so knowledgeable and her and the assistant made my puppies very comfortable. The assistant played with them which they loved! These two are a great team!

Dr. Bonnie is an absolute amazing vet. She cared for my super senior dog in home for a long time and was there for all my worries, questions and everything in between. The attention, patience and medical care she provided along with her staff was top shelf. I will continue to use her and her team for all my pets.

Dr. Wright and both of her assistants are actual angels here on Earth. I am so grateful for them for coming to my home and helping my PEPCID PAUL get back to his normal, lunatic self!
