This veterinary hospital is truly a dog's best friend! We brought one of our little babies here due to an unfortunate accident with the groomer. Our Jojo was immediately diagnosed and stitched right up. Highly recommended and we most definitely will be bringing our five dogs here for all of their veterinary care. 5/5

Not a regular patient here - left a few years ago when unhappy with the PREVIOUS vet practice at this location. Gave this newer practice a try because they are much closer than my current vet and reviews were excellent. Needed euthanasia for my almost 15 year old dog and wanted closest location possible to minimize stress in the car. This practice was amazing!!!! Every single person we encountered by phone and in person was compassionate and professional. Would give them a thousand stars if I could. Had a nice homey-feeling room (couch, low lighting, tissue box) for the procedure, explained everything clearly, gave us plenty of time, fair price, brought in a thick comforter for my sweet boy to be comfortable on. Thank you thank you thank you to every single person at this practice. HIGHLY recommend Kern Place Veterinary Hospital!!!

They gave my cat away to the people who stole him for 2 months. I had him for an entire year since he was born. These random people kidnapped my cat for two months, put a chip on him and then returned him for the reward money. Y'all gave my child away to people who steal cats.

Kern has been great with my pup while I am in El Paso for a short while. The doctor is super sweet and the staff adores Brody. They do take a lil while to see you but that is because they are giving the attention and care to each patient.

I originally came to this clinic for End of Life services. But I felt so comfortable with the kindness of the staff, and the openness of the Vet I came to bring another animal for a wellness/sick check up. The waiting room is spacious and gives animals openness for saftey. The tech listened to the timelines i presensted, and didnt assume everything was just cuz of the food they ate. While I was unable to monitor the Physical exam, I very much appreciated when Vet. Clemente was very informative, long version explanation of possibilities with my cats Issues. As well as educating me to new information around vaccines. All in all one of the best Clinical experience I've had.
