Had such an amazing experience at this vet office. First off you walk in and the environment is so calming with fish tanks, couches, and soothing lighting. I brought in my dog Django because he is getting up there in age and was suffering from joint discomfort along with some irritation in his eye. Everyone from the front desk to the veterinary assistant and the vet Erica were outstanding in terms of listening, understanding our needs, and not trying to push me into unnecessary tests and treatments. I highly recommend this to anybody that is looking for a vet on Capitol Hill!

The male technician with curly hair was rude during my visit today. He returned my pug with the harness put back on incorrectly and provided little to no follow-up about the appointment. It felt like he just handed my dog back and rushed off to get back to work. I hope I don't have to work with him again.

I originally took my cat to Jet City because I want to take him out of the country and Jet City is one of the few places that can help with that. Since taking him for his initial checkup, he's been sick several times. They get him in quickly, give advice via text message, and prescribe gabapentin whenever we need it. (He's an anxious cat and his anxiety sends him into coughing fits. So taking him to the vet or fireworks going off or the dog barking can be physically dangerous without something to calm him down.) My only complaint is the location of the office! I hate driving in that neighborhood and parking can be the worst!

Have had a GREAT experience at Jet City. I moved here a bit over a year ago with my geriatric dog and have had the easiest experience transferring her care. My first visit was urgent care because I hadn't established yet and she got sick, and they took such great care of her urgent issue that now they're her regular vet. The support staff is kind and responsive, fitting her into appointments even urgent ones have been easy, and they respond quickly to requests like prescription fills and records requests. The pricing is reasonable and they are helpful in deciding what tests are most appropriate and clinically useful rather than trying to up-sell the most expensive test.
