Clean, courteous and welcoming. My dog opened up to the friendly staff right away. His doctor and nurse were very helpful and answered all my questions and communicated their concerns and care plan for him.

Always a good experience here. You can schedule without having to wait for weeks, appointments run on time, they really care about your pet, and everyone - from vets to techs to reception - is friendly and totally on top of things. Prices seem in line with other vet/grooming services in center city

I wouldn't trust anywhere else with my dog. She was attacked by another dog in the city recently and heart and paw employee, Ray, from the front desk got my message and called me back within minutes to schedule a check up day of to check her and put my mind at ease. Forever my referral pick for friends and fellow service dog owners in Northern Lib!

Really great experience! My cat has an infected tooth and they were able to quote me on a dental estimate the same day. It was my first time there, made an appointment and was seen right away. The nurse was super kind and explained everything. They treated my cat professionally and quickly.

Terrible experience at Heart and Paw. I have been coming to Heart and Paw for years for my dog Coco. I started coming for my cat for his annual wellness. I asked for a 3 year rabies shot for my cat multiple times - first inquired via text then during visit to the tech/nurse at handoff. Not once did they mention Feline Injection-Site Sarcoma to me or discouraged it. They conveyed they gave the 3 year rabies shot. I paid, left. I check my invoice and then I got charged 1 year rabies shot!!! I texted/communicated to them that I got the wrong rabies shot and they told me it's because of the Feline Injection-Site Sarcoma. But it's not what I asked for. This miscommunication required me to come again which is very distressing for my cat. They did comp the tech visit and rabies shot but the visit and additional rabies shot was totally unnecessary! I had to take off some time off because of work for this vet visit. I asked for partial refund or credit towards future visit but they said no. Well they lost a loyal customer.
