Grosse Pointe Animal Clinic

I just called up to this animal hospital today look for help or some kind of comfort or hospitality Saturday JUNE 13 AT 11:10 11:15.. lady was so rude could not even speak to ask my question told me nobody can help an call somewhere else

I didn’t make it past the phone call and would never take my animal to them. If you can’t be nice over the phone what would make you nice in person?

Have been going to Dr. Herzog's animal clinic for over 30 years. He and the staff are simply the best. My animals are rescues, and most have come from GPAC.

Unfortunately, I have to echo what the last commenter wrote. Although, I would not say the receptionist was rude; she was curt. If the doctor is not accepting new patients say so. This evaluation is based solely on the receptionist not the doctor.

The receptionist at this practice is extremely rude. It is truly embarrassing how she speaks to people on the phone. Looking at other reviews, it appears that this attitude is not situational, but rather, a regular problem. Just a miserable human.
