Great Neck Veterinary Clinic

Dr. Larsen and his team are wonderful! Our dog is very anxious around other dogs, so vet visits are always stressful for her. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was kind, patient, and efficient, making the experience much less overwhelming. We were so impressed with the level of care and compassion everyone showed. We're very happy with our first visit!

Dr. Frye was nothing short of stellar. She took care of my puppies and answered all my endless questions. She’s very thorough with her explanations and makes sure you understand and feel comfortable with everything being done. Taylor, our vet assistant, was so nice and inviting. Front desk staff were amazing & they even made a welcome sign for our first visit with them. I can’t recommend them enough!

Helpful and always a happy staff! Jenna is a joy to see every time we come. She’s always excited to see us and welcomes our pets like they’re her own! The clinic is clean and very inviting. Dr. Hoffman is the best vet I’ve ever had and I’ve been a dog owner for 40 years. She is attentive, caring and goes above and beyond with her knowledge, concern and expertise. I refer everyone I know to her and to Great Neck! Even my daughter that lives in NYC even brings her Lop-eared bunny in town for his annual visits w/Dr. H! 🩷

I considered calling but I know that they all are very busy. I would like to give huge thank yous to everyone that helped Comet yesterday. I am completely embarrassed that I don't have all names, but there was a woman that followed us as we left to collect pee (which is something I have never been able to do), there was Dr. Lottinville who is wonderful as always and took the time to explain to me details and listen to ALLLL of my many questions. The front desk people quickly gave me updates on timing etc. and emailed my receipts same time so that I could file insurance - awesome customer service (could you please try to train the human doctor offices)! Finally and most importantly, the tech/doc that came in before the Vet was wonderful at answering questions, taking notes on my concerns and getting info to help me and Comet best. He also trimmed Comet's nails to perfection (which resolved my stress that his nails were hurting his joint health), and drew blood and Comet was calmer when he came back!! I can't thank him enough for all of that. He has a very calming effect on me and Comet and I greatly appreciate that! As a team, it's all of the people that I might not even know about that make things work that efficiently and they need all of the kudos also!! Please share with your entire team as I am aware as a customer I only see a tiny part of what goes into making things work that effectively and kindly. Sincerely, Elizabeth

The staff is wonderful and helpful. The Drs. and assistants are great and happy. My Cat is very aggressive most of the time, but seems to be comfortable in your office. I received great advice on a diet for my overweight cat. It's the first time anyone has given me advice on which foods to use. I have been with them for two years and just love them. Thank you for your help.
