My dog Bonnie was coming here until her passing two years ago and now my new dog Eros is also under their care. Both dogs are heelers and very reactive to other dogs. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic! They are a fear free clinic and make sure your dogs are comfortable and given the best care possible. They also are great for reactive dogs making sure your dog can enter the clinic without interacting with other dogs. I am so glad to be able to have such a wonderful vet clinic to bring my pets too.

She & her staff are absolutely amazing! They're considerate, loving & have terrific communication. There isn't a question I can't ask by sending an email & they respond back consistently. I'm so blessed to have such a great place to entrust with the care of my dog. He's my little buddy! Give them a call you won't be disappointed! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

Angels on earth. That doesn't even begin to cover it. Dr. Felton has been my vet for almost 20 years. I was beyond thrilled when she opened her own practice. That's when she went from my favorite vet at her old clinic (others were meh) to someone in charge of staffing her own — and I knew I could trust anyone she hired. Front desk people, techs, vets, everyone at Grateful Heart is kind, compassionate, and amazing at what they do. They put the animals first. Never money. Trust is one of those things that's hard to quantify, and with a vet, it's very high stakes. It's life or death. When your animal is ill, vets here will give it to you straight — your options, the cost of them, the quality of life concerns. They will not try to sell you on expensive treatments or act like there is only one way. They TRULY take the time to explain things, allow you to ask questions. They love on all the pets that come in and treat them like their own. I am forever grateful (their name is SO accurate) to have them in my corner, and have been able to make many difficult, gut-wrenching decisions because of the trust I have in them. I wish everyone could have a vet like this.

Such a great vet! We've taken our cat here for several years, and recently got a new puppy who just did intake this week. The overwhelming sense I have is that the staff genuinely care about the animals and the humans they're working with. I never feel like I'm being rushed-in fact, being there is almost regulating because everyone is so tuned in to care. Front office staff also goes above and beyond to get animal records, follow up to ensure there are no issues post care, and just generally make sure patients and families have what they need. Go visit them! They're great!
