Grand Park Animal Hospital

I had a great experience at this clinic! The staff and veterinarian were very kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions carefully and made sure my cat was comfortable during the examination. Since I’m traveling internationally with my cat, they also took the time to discuss the airline requirements and wanted to make sure everything would be in order before issuing the health certificate. I really appreciated how thorough and responsible they were. Thank you for taking such good care of my cat. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy veterinary team!

Like a previous reviewer said, the female vet tried to upsell all kinds of screening that costs hundreds and thousands dollars for possible infection concern expressed by the owner. When that failed, she sold antibiotic cream that did not even work. The worst part is that the female vet put her hand touching my puppy's private area while she pretended to pat him, not examination. My puppy has regular vet who is much more professional and the vet did not even go near his private area while doing physical examination. So did my puppy felt uncomfortable, violated to be honest locked eyes with me immediately with concerned facial expression that he does not trust the vet. So did I. I paid stupid hundred for nothing and never plan on going back. They tend to market by sending vaccine and that time to time although I already informed the very first thing that my pup has primary vet who has been taking care of his shots and other physical exam. Stop hustling pets and people while sexually harrassing by inapproriately touching private area of the puppy. That's called sexual violation.

Went in for flea and allergy medication. Efficient service and staff was so kind to my doggy!!

Now this is my favorite animal hospital. The doctor and nurses were extremely supportive and kind. I could truly feel how much they love and care for animals!! I've been to other hospitals before where I sometimes felt overwhelmed by too many tests and recommendations, so I was worried at first. However, this hospital was completely different. They never pushed unnecessary treatments or exams, and they took the time to clearly explain why each treatment or recommendation was needed in a way that was easy for me to understand as a pet owner. That made me feel very comfortable and confident trusting them with my pet. Another surprising thing was how professional and detail-oriented the receptionists were. They carefully checked all the documents I needed multiple times to make sure everything was correct. Everyone here was honest, trustworthy, and genuinely caring!!!

Been coming for over 2 years nice affective and trust worthy love love . My dogs got comfortable here to they trust them
