Doctor West and her staff was amazing to examine and put us at ease. I highly recommend her anyone looking for a good care for their dogs.

Our first visit was really good here but by the second visit things went downhill. We brought our dog in for her second visit because she seemed to have an infection which had happened before and we just needed the medication which I expected to cost maybe max $200 for the visit and medicine. Then I was asked if I wanted to get her up to date on vaccines because she would need all this soon anyways and I asked how much and the total for everything was something like $1500 for everything and this was said as if it was no big deal. I told them I couldn't do that today so then a bunch of, originally, necessary things were somehow taken off and I was told it would be something like $495 and was like okay, fine, let's do it. Well everything got done and then the same nurse who gave me the original pricing came back in to check me out and all the sudden the total was $600+ and I asked why it changed and she said because she had missed something originally and they had already done that thing without giving me a new price or asking. I was already a little shocked by the price to begin with but now I was even more shocked being forced to pay more when I was told the incorrect price and then the nurse took that "opportunity" to sell me on their membership to get a 20% discount that day to somehow make up for the price discrepancy but the yearly price of the membership would have been even more than the visit that day so I in fact would not be saving any money by signing up and being locked into the year membership. At the beginning of the visit I also asked for teeth cleaning estimates for our three dogs and the total estimate for that was something like $4000-$5000 which is 4x what we just paid at our original vet in Nashville. We ended up going back to our original vet (Paws & Claws Animal Hospital). Further drive but great staff and very conscientious of managing cost while maintaining the most healthy version of your pets.

We have been taking our puppy here for a couple months. We are very happy with the time, attention and kindness of the staff and doctors. So far it has been a great experience. Thank you!

They werent transparent on how much everything cost, first visit was $600 and I was told that would be for everything my pet needed to be updated. I wasnt told that the feces test would be another charge $70 after i brought it back. i also wasnt told about the cost of the test when i dropped the sample off. i got a call the next day saying i need to pay this. I had a fallow up vist a few weeks after this to get my pets booster shots... this visit would cost another $200 plus. which they add a dr fee of 91 dollars even if you dont need to see a dr for booster shots. I highly recommend you take your beloved pet somewhere else that doesnt see them as just money.

It's 5:25 pm our Mastahoul (English Mastiff/Catahoul) wired kennel causes a laceration to his back paw. Dr C. Vaughn was super amazing so was his assistance Naiya. The team sprung into action with our 130lb boy. We are sold!! Dr Vaughn is the Bomb!! We look forward to continuing our care with Dr Vaughn.
