Such a good place to take your pets. The Receptionist Jocelyn is such a sweetheart, she always greets us and is always happy to see my dog. She truly cares about animals and has soo much empathy for the injured pets that come in. I recommend this place for your pets!

When we check-in my dog, always likes to stop and visit with the receptionist. So she will talk with him for a minute before he goes and gets on the scale to be weighed. They're always very friendly there and treat us with respect

We recently reached out to Five Elements Veterinary Alternatives when our beloved dog, Harper, began experiencing sudden neurological issues. Despite being fully booked, they found a way to schedule us with Dr. Jen the very next day. Sadly, we never got the chance to meet the team in person, as we lost our sweet girl later that night. When I called to cancel the appointment, I was met with such compassion and empathy from the receptionist (Kim, I believe). Her kindness and understanding meant more than words can express. We even received a beautiful, handwritten card signed by the entire staff - a gesture that truly touched our hearts. Though we never became official clients, I cannot recommend this clinic more. The level of care, empathy, and genuine kindness they showed us in our time of grief is something I will never forget. We hope to be clients in the future, but until then, I will rave about this clinic to anyone seeking pet care. Our deepest appreciation to everyone at Five Elements.
