FACE Low-Cost Animal Clinic

A huge thank you to Angela at FACE Low Cost Animal Clinic! She was magnificent and helped me so much today while scheduling for two stray cats, Amos and Andy. She even called me back to double-check that I could keep the appointment time. She truly went above and beyond. They did a fantastic job hiring her!!!!

Very Happy with the attention my puppies receive when having surgery in this clinic.

I've been using the low-cost services offered here for over 10 years. I am grateful for the work that they do and appreciate the continued support of the community to keep them open. Unfortunately, over the years, the level of service has declined. I can't be sure, but I don't think they still house community cats or cats that are available for adoption. The basic exam that they do couldn't take longer than 30 seconds because all 3 of our cats were in and out in less than 5 minutes. They all received vaccines and had the brief exam done within that timeframe. The checking out process took much longer. Following COVID and the protocols that changed, I just don't feel like things ever got "back to normal." I understand that this is an animal care facility, but it was truly disgusting and especially rank the day that we went in there. I would hope that someone mops daily, but the floor looked like it had definitely not been cleaned in a week. The nature of the business is likely to explain the mess, but some efforts to air the place out a bit would be appreciated. The staff are all really friendly and the cost, though it has gone up steadily over the years, is still the most affordable that I've found. You simply cannot beat a good deal on the necessities.

I don't have enough words to express my gratitude for everything you did for my Chihuahuas. Everyone was incredibly kind and patient with us and my little dogs. This is the best place for high-quality, compassionate care for pets and their human families.

Ive taken several animals here for more than 10 years, including one today. They have always been absolutely fantastic with every cat and dog I've brought. Any additional issues they found they told me about, they were very informative, always kept me updated if anything ever changed, always so nice and polite and helpful, professional and have always done great work. I have never had a problem with any animal post surgery. They've always been great not just to me, but to every animal I've brought. The dog I spayed today was quite scared and confused afterwards and certainly trusted the vet and didn't recognize me at first and didnt want to leave the vet tech that brought her out to me, and she was a rescue so she has had some trauma, but that showed me if that poor pup trusted this stranger who just cut her up enough to not want to leave him in her time of pain and confusion, after how honest he had just been with me about her and how her procedure went today (a few additional things did come up for her - we've barely had this traumatized stray for a year and we have had a lot of work to do for her - but she is doing fantastic as of this evening,) then I know I can still trust to bring my animals to FACE. Thank you everyone for all you've done for me and my animals over the last 10 years or so! 🩷
