We had a wonderful experience at Eye Care for Animals. We have a cat who gets extremely stressed at the vet, and the entire staff handled him with so much patience, kindness, and professionalism. They were incredibly communicative throughout the visit, keeping us informed every step of the way and making a stressful situation much easier. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly explain everything they found, answered all of our questions, and clearly outlined the different options for next steps without making us feel pressured. We really appreciated how thoughtful and compassionate everyone was; not only toward our cat but toward us as well. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Eye Care for Animals to anyone looking for knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate veterinary eye care!

My kitten has had a recurring eye tearing and staining issue ever since he was diagnosed with, and twice treated for, an upper respiratory infection shortly after I adopted him in March. Aside from that, he's been a happy, healthy little guy, so naturally I wanted to make sure I was doing everything I could for him. Scheduling was incredibly easy. After I submitted an online inquiry with my concerns, the practice proactively reached out to me to set up an appointment. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely compassionate. One thing that especially stood out to me was being asked whether I wanted to stay in the exam room during my kitten's examination or have him assessed in another room. I had never been given that option before, and I truly appreciated being included in his care. It made me feel respected as both a pet owner and an advocate for my kitten. By the end of the visit, I felt completely reassured. The doctor took the time to thoroughly evaluate my kitten, explain the findings, and answer my questions in a way that left me feeling informed and confident about the treatment plan. First time seeing Dr Rowan. Her and her tech Danielle were absolutely amazing. Danielle took the time to explain everything that was going to take place with my senior Boston Terrier and then Dr Rowan did as well. They were both so wonderful and caring. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an eye doctor for their companion.

Dr. Rowan and Danielle were wonderful! The clinic is clean, modern, and very welcoming. Our cat recently underwent surgery, and the entire team took the time to explain every step of the process thoroughly and answer all of our questions. They went above and beyond by providing us with educational articles about our cat’s eye condition so we could better understand the diagnosis and treatment options.
