EVE Pet Hospital

The staff was kind, compassionate, and took good care of my dog when we brought him in for a scratched cornea. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, and I appreciated the care they showed. The only downside was the wait. We ended up being at the clinic for over four hours, which was much longer than we expected. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, but it was difficult waiting that long with an injured pet. Better communication about the estimated wait time would have made the experience much less stressful. Overall, I'm thankful for the care my dog received, but I hope the wait times can be improved for future patients.

we showed up at 10:30pm after our 4lbs yorkie was bitten and and half his face torn off we banged on the door they took FOREVER to get to the door and looked annoyed that we were banging on the door I just feel like if you work at a 24 hour animal hospital you should expect frantic people a nurse named Mandy was very kind but there was another nurse with blue hair who could seriously seriously use a training session on how to talk to customers she had a horrible attitude towards us like maybe you should have more compassion if someone brings in a bleeding 4lbs puppy she made a stressful night even worse for us I was so disappointed in the service from that nurse with the blue hair Mandy was the only one with a kind attitude and a reassuring prescence

We needed urgent care for our 10.5 year old Blue Heeler and I found EVE Pet Hospital on the internet. Called and they said bring her right in. We did and they took her back immediately as she was in critical condition. Dr. Pallay and her staff expedited her assessment & care. They gave us the bad news of her condition with grace and care. We knew the right thing to do was put our best girl down. Again, Dr. Pallay and her staff could not have been more kind and caring to us and our sweet doggie girl. I was impressed by the facility and the level of professionalism from everyone working there. If you have an emergency with your pet, go to EVE. Rest in Peace my beautiful, wild, loving, naughty and funny girl dog, Bar. (Short for Katy Bar the Door).

I took my baby kitty Maxwell to EVE Pet hospital and from the moment we walked in, we felt the care and concern of the staff and the Doctor in our most difficult moment. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else in such difficult circumstances. I want to thank everyone who was with us every step of the way. Sincerely, The Halvorsen family.

I unfortunately had to put my cat down. This was an amazing place that they fit me right in, made me and my fur baby feel comfortable and made a really unpleasant experience feel supported and cared for. The staff is absolutely top notch and the place is clean and easy to maneuver in with your pet. A couple weeks later I received a card from the staff with support for our cat and us. Everyone wrote something personal and beautiful. I honestly cried. I wish the best to everyone that works here. You really are a bunch of angels and I wish the best for you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys are the best.
