Epic Tails Veterinary Clinic

This was our first vet experience here in Charlotte after recently moving and they took such good care of my girl! She had a severe allergic reaction and I quickly found Epic Tails on Google, called them on the way in, and they were practically waiting for her at the door when we got there. They acted so fast and helped get my Gigi treated and feeling better! The staff and doctor were all so nice and reassuring. They checked up on her first thing the next morning and were so helpful in getting her some more medicine prescribed. As far as prices go, they seem SUPER fair and reasonable. I was so relieved to see I wasn’t going to have to spend hundreds on our emergency visit. You can tell they genuinely care and this will definitely be our go-to vet for as long as we’re here in Charlotte!

Finding a new vet after moving to Charlotte was stressful, but Epic Tails was such a solid recommendation, and I'm so glad we found them. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding. They truly did everything they could to help my sweet Luna and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I left feeling completely at ease and confident that Luna is in great hands. We can't say enough positive things about this place. Our previous very had been bought out by one of the big corporations and it just seemed like we couldn't keep the same Dr. Our Rottie (Greta) is soon to be 9 and starting to have some older girl problems. Dr. Lili was so kind and thorough. She walked us through many options, but wasn't pushy about what we should or shouldn't do; she truly wanted to partner with us in our care for Greta. We really appreciated her transparent and common sense approach asking with her holistic view of care. Amanda is an absolute gem. She has to be one of the kindest people we've ever met! I'm excited that she was on our care team as Greta really loved her. It's never easy to switch vets, but I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a relaxing experience and a team that truly takes time to comprehensively care for your animal without just rushing you through so they can get to the next appointment. The team at this at Epic Tails is truly exceptional. My dog has very high anxiety, and every single visit the staff goes out of their way to keep her calm and comfortable. It's clear they genuinely care about the animals in their care. What I appreciate just as much is their honesty and transparency. They always walk me through all available options and are upfront about what's necessary vs. what's a nice to have, with no pressure or unnecessary upsells. That kind of integrity is hard to find. I couldn't recommend this place enough!
