Awful. Terrible service and it's really fallen apart since the main doc left. It's sad bc I used to really like it here but it's just not worth it anymore given how me and my dog and now new puppy were treated. Terrible communication and I've had to follow up numerous times about my appointments and puppy's vaccinations. 1/5.
We take both our dog and cat to East Sacramento Vet and continue to have good experiences. The front desk staff, vet techs, and vets are all very kind and helpful. I don’t accept every vaccine or test for my animals, and they are respectful of that. It’s not too difficult to get an appointment, and I like that we can easily book online and see the same vet every time. Their online pharmacy is really easy to use, too. Dr. Warren is fantastic, and we’ve loved every vet tech our animals have seen.
Read on GoogleWe've taken our French Bulldog, Lulu, to east sac vet center twice now and have had a positive experience both times. The staff is friendly, the clinic is very clean, the service is quick, and the costs are reasonable. They diagnosed an ear infection and gave us a prescription that cleared it up quickly. The only downsides are that parking is limited since it's street parking, and it can take a little while to get an appointment as a new patient. Overall, we've been very happy with the care we've received and would definitely recommend to others looking to establish care for their fur babies.
My senior dog has been having some issues attributed to her age and cross continental relocation. So I was very nervous to bring her in. But the staff was very gentle, patient, and clear. They even gave her some love and cat food while treating her. I felt safe and like my doggie was physically and emotionally safe in their hands. I’ll bring her in again.
