East El Paso Animal Hospital

We will never go to this place again. We had brought our dogs here for years and they used to be caring about clients and pets but that has all changed. Now it seems to be more about making the money at clients and pet's expense. The office staff is always nice but it seems like it has been hard for them to hold on to good vets. Now we go clear across town to another vet so our dog gets the good care it deserves at more reasonable pricing.

They have a walk in policy but nowhere is it advertised on their website that they stop at 11am. So when I get there at 10:59, I think nothing of it surely they will see me but because I was struggling to get my cat, dog and stroller in and it was past 11 and refused service. I knew I should’ve listened to everyone that told me not to go here. I’ll take my pets somewhere else, petsmart can do better than this place. Places like this will have you waiting in the room for 20 minutes past an appointment time but god forbid your 5 minutes past their deadline.

Absolutely terrible terrible place. Horrible customer service and rude receptionist. Called ahead to ask about availability for vaccinations and was told to be there at 1. Upon arrival they changed the time to 2. Was told it was first come basis, so i stayed and was first in line. Once the time came up, receptionist was taking in walk ins ahead of me. Even after i had already been waiting and the first one there. I asked the receptionist why and she responded with “what? You cant wait and be patient?” I was. Until i was disrespected. Prior to this visit i had already had issues with information they had confused about my dog. Truly dont recommend at all.

My husband and I have been bringing our fur babies here for over twenty years now. Every single one of the staff members are Super Awesome- the Veterinarians, Technicians, Groomer, and the Very nice and helpful front desk ladies. Sabrina, who is a Technician, shared some extremely helpful advice with me for my older cat Precious. As a result, Precious is now really happy, doing well health wise, and is noticeably a lot more social with our other fur babies. Thank you, Sabrina, for your Awesomeness! Angelica, our fabulous pet groomer, has been taking GREAT carte of our cats and dogs for several years now. Our babies always love going to spend a few hours being groomed with Ms. Angelica. We are so thankful for your patience and how you are with our babies. If you are looking for an animal hospital where the staff are truly kind and compassionate, then this is where you may want to consider bringing your babies. We are sincerely REALLY HAPPY here always.

The doctors always treat us well and are very patient with my doggy. I’ve been going here for years and it’s always clean and inviting. I love that they have St. Francis statues since they are an animal space.
