Went in to get an exam done on my dog costing over $500 and didn't even get an answer on what was wrong. Recommended that I got to an ER to get an ultrasound done when her stomach was not even the issue. Took her to another vet to do another exam where I had to pay another $500 dollars but this time they were able to diagnose her properly and gave her the medication that was needed and now she is back to normal as happy pup. I will no longer be coming to this vet. Waste of money and waste of time.

Unfortunately they are really hit or miss here. It’s sometimes great and convenient and other times they’re slow and give no explanation for keeping you waiting. They insist you’re there at the exact surgery drop off or pick up time but then keep you waiting at both with no explanation. The vet cancelled my appointment this week without discussing it with me. Overall really not the best.

I’ve been to this vet multiple times and haven’t had any complaints. Not sure if they are just understaffed or what, but recently I set up and appointment with them and had a super disappointing experience. I set an appointment for my dog up on a Friday. On Monday at 9:00 am they texted me saying I needed to send a $50 deposit to hold the appointment. They threatened to cancel the appointment if they didn’t get this deposit immediately. However, they didn’t ask for the deposit when I made the appointment online. They also didn’t send a link to pay online when they sent me the text. The only option they offered was to call in and pay. I tried calling multiple times, but it just went to their voicemail. I left a voicemail, texted, and continued to call but they didn’t get back to me. I can only assume they canceled my appointment. Very disappointing. They are in need of new management and an overhaul of how they run the business. I will look elsewhere for affordable vet care.

Great to stand outside for a couple of hours to get discounted vaccines. Don't book a Vet exam. They take your pet away into a different room, away from you to "examine and diagnose." Oops! Missed stage 4 mitral valve prolapse. Dead dog soon after charged $40 to trim her toenails. WhAAAT? I booked a toenail trim at end of day, asked for "extra help" because my Chihuahua was "wiggly." Was charged DOUBLE for an extra "vet tech?" GREAT CHEAP VACCINATION SITE. HORRIBLE VETRINARIANS. My dog is dead. I trusted them and they are IDIOTS.
