do not come to this place unless you want to be told the wrong information , they do not care about your payroll situation and they don't do installment payments. they didn't give me any information on my dog when I went in to tell them that he hasn't pooped in four days. All she did was go in the back room and come back out with a piece of paper and a $724 tab telling me it's what I need to do regardless if I can afford it or not. Went to go get a second opinion and comes to find out he just needed to be neutered. They were recommending unnecessary treatment for my dog just to receive a check. I do not recommend this place for your dog get a second opinio.

Came to this clinic to treat my cat for a worm we found in his stole. The Vets techs were amazing and super helpful I didn't catch their names but they made the experience super friendly and informative. That was until the doctor came in, he came in confirmed my cat was there for worms did a very fast exam and immediately started talking about getting a shot for leukemia, bloodwork and a rabies shot. I told him my cat didn't need any of that at the moment as he has those shots and was a former colony cat. He continued to push that I get it and I said I would go over the paperwork at home and double check but I was very sure he had those shots and bloodwork already done (I checked my cat did). He then started telling me they'll show me the cost of the visit and when the tech came back with the paperwork I was being charged for, the visit, a shot, a three pack of worms medication, and a fecal sample. Only one of those was needed not all three. He then added "suggested" charges including the bloodwork and everything listed above. It was very predatory and clear he was in it for the money and not my cats health. The cherry on top was the tech telling me she fixed a charge because the visit was for a 20 pound cat and it was supposed to be for an under 20 pound cat. Will not be coming again and suggest nobody else does if you're not trying to be charged for way more than necessary.

I recently took my Boston Terrier here to have a lump on her hip looked at. The staff was so helpful and they broke down the charges and estimate clearly. I really liked their professionalism, their care, and kindness. I hope to be back to have the lump removed once I finance the treatments.

For profit location. Stay away. Staff insist running through your credit and checking accounts first before care. It's incredibly sad. Now you know why owner drive rare new Porsche. Hmmmmmm

They only can do spay and neuter. Yearly shots. Not allowed to go in with your pet. They give to much medication that hurt your pets. They can't read X-rays or blood test. It's scary because you have no clue what's happening to your pet.
