30 plus minute late appointment start, quoted generic prices "1000, dollars or so" for blood work an x rays. Doc told me.antibiotics were 100 an change charged 130. Waited 45 min for 10 minutes of service. Watched walk it's get service ahead of me They opened at 8 my appointnent was 815 didn't get seen with doc until 8:50. I dont recommend Customer service also was lacking. I wouldnt recommend.

I made the very difficult decision to have my beloved cat put to sleep the other day. I called the vet I had taken her to in January when she was diagnosed with diabetes. Del Paso Veterinary Clinic. I was going to take her there but when the gal on the phone asked me if I wanted to be in the room with her and I answered "yes, of course" she informed me that would be an additional $200.00! I couldn't believe my ears! Who charges a grieving pet owner $200 to be present in the room? This is horrible! I opted out and had a veterinarian service come to my house and my sweet cat passed peacefully in my arms. I will never give this vet my business or trust them with a pet again! I only gave them one star because I had to.

I went despite seeing all the bad reviews, I said you know what let me see for myself if is true! Well I am here to tell you they are. Yes you may pay a way cheaper consultation fee than other places ($45) but he will try to charge you a whole lot more for anything your animal requires and if you dont have the money to pay the 2k he asks, he will then try to shame you for it. He walks in to the consultation room in his high horses. Very entitled, zero empathy towards the animal or you. My husband held our dogs head, pre- shaved the area, what the doctor did was very minimal. Oh and the receipt stated our dog breed was a german sheperd, our dog is a husky. Common now.

Currently sitting for a 3.30 appointment and have still not been seen. Annoying and irritating. Unsure how the visit will go but super annoyed.

typically this vet is ok in a pinch. I have been here plenty of time with cats and dogs for multiple things over the years and typically it is convenient as they always have same day appointments and work with you. the doctor is great so nothing against him but today I had an appointment for my pet and when I arrived the receptionist i did not get her name but she had red dyed hair and was hispanic) she explained the system was down and they could not check him in or "do anything" so they told me to come back mon/tuesday given it's Friday. She explained they "were trying to call me" but I had no missed calls or messages. not a bug issue initially, but as I sat there trying to find another location to take my dog I thought surely there is a way to continue on with apportionment in the event the computers go down. So I asked but the receptionist kept telling me no and shaking her head before I could finish my questions. I asked if they keep physical records and if it was possible to proceed this way, they said "no, the system is down" and another employee who looked to be not in uniform(scrubs), not behind the counter, and actually seemed to be leaving with a purse on her arm starts trying to take over and tell me how everything is on the computer and they can't help me or check me in and I told her I'm asking about a physical file and a manual way to proceed she told me "yes we have your file" I said ok and asked to see it. They both made a face at me like I was crazy and were asking why I wanted to see MY pets file! they proceeded to argue with me and not give me the file and told me they were getting the doctor so they did and he came out and didn't show me the file until I explained to him what happened and he finally shows me the file while he's startslaughing and saying "it's your file why would we not show you? " I agreed, and said his staff was unprofessional and rude When I asked to see my own pets file. I explained I've never had that sort of reaction to see my pets medical records at any vet. I won't be coming back again, I wouldn't recommend anyone as this was very inconvenient and unprofessional. A waste of my day and unnecessary stress on me, and my pet.
