I left this clinic feeling extremely frustrated. I came in because I need a health certificate for my dog before an international trip that's only days away. Instead of helping me find a solution, I was told I would need multiple health certificates, which would cost significantly more than I expected. I felt like nobody was willing to explain my options or work with me, despite the urgency. I'm now scrambling to find another veterinarian with less than a week before my flight. Whether their interpretation of the requirements is correct or not, the lack of urgency, communication, and willingness to help left me feeling completely abandoned. I won't be returning and can't recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Super bummer experience today. Read the reviews and was looking forward to having our cat be one of their new patients. He is sick and really needs care. Booked appointment a week in advance due to the 4th of July Holiday schedule. Got a call this morning saying doc is in surgery and would I mind rescheduling for earlier today... not a problem and was asked to come in early to fill out/sign their new patient form which includes a $250 missed appointment fee... also not a problem - totally understood. Rearranged my entire day to make this appointment happen - you know, cats don't normally like to be in travel boxes - my poor sick cat is no exception and I did not want to stress him out. So, took extra time to do that with him. Left the house early and I am turning into the parking lot and clinic calls again with same ask to reschedule for later in the day due to the same issue - doc in surgery. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They owe me a no show fee and an apology. If you have that much going on and do not have back up doctors there to cover then IMHO you are not running a practice that can take new patients. My poor cat and ruined my friggin' day. Update: Office called and nice Doctor, I am assuming owner of the practice apologized. I appreciate the apology but felt others should still be aware so my review stands with some edits.

Very seamless experience scheduling an appointment for my dog Clyde. I originally reached out to request a medication refill because Chewy notified me that I was out of refills for Simparica Trio and suggested I contact my vet. I was told that to put in the refill, Clyde needed a heartworm test. They also reminded me that he had an annual exam and a Lyme vaccine due. I was able to schedule all three for an appointment the next day, which I really appreciated. Thank you!

Called 3 times in 2 weeks and was put on hold for over 5 minutes every time. Never got to talk to anyone. The Hold music talks about how sick dogs get from everything. Change your hold music. I don't want to hear about how sick my dog can get while holding to talk to a veterinarian.

I went in for a vaccination a few months ago. They told me my dog needed a Wellness exam. I was charged $300.98 for a IDEXX total Health Plus (which I was not consulted about - the cost or what it was for). Come to pass, they told me it was for my dog's dental cleaning. And, it would only be valid for one month - use it or lose it. I couldn't afford it so I lost it. I had been a client with Curtner for over 7 years. I lost all my trust in them. I have not been back.
