My words/comments should already be available on this Yelp ... Regarding Sandy Albright, "Gate Keepers" in the front office, I also have to include the Vet. Techs, Book keeper ..... let me just include EVERY ONE that worked in that OFFICE. How they treated me and my dead dog/that at that moment could not locate ? MY SON had just passed away .... I have no words for you and nothing you can change that could would make any difference. Sorry, you can't pull up my records/multiple pets/ information, since maybe 1988 ?? Because you fired me and my furkids Sent me all the records through the mail .. I will go through this again and or how long it takes ................ I would call it "elder abuse"| ..... ?? What did I ever do to any of you ?? ??? to justify any of this ???? Except let you belittle me/embarress me/treat me like I was an idiot .. Not to mention my furkids ... The worst I have ever been treated by anyone ..... All I have for you is "Karma" ...... When people do bad things to others .. will it come back ?

I will never go anywhere else. They have taken care of mine and my family's pets for over 20 years and we've never had a bad experience, even when pets had to be put down. They not only let me hold them for their final moments, but they made a clay pawprint of them and sent a long, handwritten, heartfelt card after. The kind that shows they really care. Also their prices are unmatched as far as I've seen.

Excellent care, great profesionals. Loving and caring is attributes that now days is difficult to find. Here all the staff have these beautiful qualities.

This is the BEST Vet in town. We’ve brought our dogs here for more than 20 years. We’ve wouldn’t go anywhere else. The front staff is friendly and helpful and very welcoming. The vet techs are great and the vets are top notch. You know they care about your pets as much as you do! They offer comprehensive services.

Honestly I’ve gone here for 5 years and I’ve always given them the benefit of the doubt with my pets and trusted them with both of them since they were puppies…. They have multiple times given me the wrong quote on prices and once the procedure was done it was $100 more let’s say because of a complication with the neuter or more difficult. Another time they forgot to charge me for the medication after the procedure had to refund me charge me again and then call again to say they forgot an additional $30. I’ve taken my dog multiple times for an ear infection and same time the same spray or injection they give him and not really a permanent solution or help just a quick 30 min visit. I missed the morning appointment and was told we can reschedule later today. This was for a lameness in my dogs leg and I was told we could get an xray done today over the phone without sedation and once we were in person they said we’ll do the xray another day with sedation and prescribed a pain killer but $140 visit again for only 30 min. Felt as though they just wanted to recuperate this morning appointment. I will not be returning I used to love the place but I feel the care has gone downhill. I’m not one to argue but just a bit unsettling with today.
