Crossroads Animal Clinic

We began bringing our new miniature schnauzer to Crossroads in late May, and from our very first visit, Dr. Minton made us feel welcomed and supported. She took the time to answer our questions, provide thoughtful guidance, and ensure we felt confident in caring for our puppy. Not long after, we brought in our cat, who experiences significant stress during veterinary visits. Rather than making us feel judged because she hadn't been seen in some time, Dr. Minton and her exceptional team of technicians treated both her and us with kindness, understanding, and compassion. They respected our cat's boundaries, handled her with remarkable patience, and made what is typically a difficult experience as comfortable as possible. The level of professionalism, empathy, and quality of care we have received has exceeded our expectations. It is evident that the entire team is genuinely committed to the well-being of both their patients and the families who love them. We are deeply grateful for the exceptional care they have provided and look forward to partnering with Crossroads for many years as they help keep our beloved pets happy and healthy.

Made a same day appointment for my kitten after not being able to get in at our regular vet, and was seen promptly. The front desk, tech and Dr cosgrove were very attentive and kind, and although my kitten required a higher level of care than they could provide, they took the time to talk through options, quotes, and recommendations of vet urgent cares I could take her to. I really appreciate that dr cosgrove took time to explain things thoroughly, and thankfully my baby kitten felicity is doing much better!

Let me say that this animal clinic is so knowledgeable, honest, skilled , compassionate and understanding. Rita, dr. Minton and the receptionist there were so helpful, prepared and welcoming to our needs for our chihuahua Princesses. I left there feeling that if any of our other fur babies ever need care, what a blessing to have this staff so close to home.

We saw Dr. Minton yesterday with our 2 dogs. Our oldest needed annuals and it was our puppy's first visit. She was very kind, knowledgeable and patient. She was especially wonderful with our new puppy who is a bit fearful in new situations. I was very impressed and highly recommend this clinic for your babies.
