Had an unfortunate experience with the receptionist Sylvia. She was overall rude and unfriendly. She made stereotypical remarks about my dog, a pit-bull. In the waiting room, it was my dog and I, and about two other people and their pups. While my dog was hiding between my legs and under the chairs, another couple came in with two dogs. Sylvia said very loudly to the couple that came in, "Short leashes only! There's a pit-bull right here!" While my dog was very well behaved, and other dogs were barking and growling, my dog was the only one to be called out. If this were to be a policy for the whole office, then that would be wildly unfortunate that dogs still get a bad rep. Especially at a place like this. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Freund and the techs, it's a shame people lack customer service.

Went for X-rays under sedation for my Pit-bull, and it was an amazing experience. For an updated rabies shot, two screens of X-rays, sedation, and sedation reversal it was a little over $300. I thought it was very reasonable. The vet tech that was with my dog and us was Daniella, and she was very, very sweet and patient. The main doctor of the facility was amazing as well.

The doctor is very nice and patient. However, there is an “office cat” that roams around off leash. It was sitting in one of the chairs in the waiting room when we got there. I have a retired racing greyhound who can’t be near cats, as he is very prey driven. I was pretty shocked that they keep it in the lobby… not even behind the reception area. They also made no effort to move the cat after telling them it’s a problem. Disappointed we can’t come back.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Came here to get my dog neutered and not only did the young gentleman at the front desk give me peace of mind dropping him off, but he also got to know my dog a bit before taking him to the back. I've had another dog neutered in the past in a different state and remember the healing process being difficult, so I was expecting the same this time around. They do keep the pets all day, I'm assuming to monitor them after surgery and picking my pup up, I could've sworn he had not just been through surgery! Super happy, not drowsy at all and the lovely front desk ladies reassured me that I could call anytime with any questions I had. Love this clinic:)
