Love Dr. Ewing! She is such a partner in my pet’s care. I really appreciate how she explains her thought process before we come to a decision on how to proceed. And the staff go out of their way to make things as easy as possible.

When the time came to say goodbye to our beloved Charlie, the team at Collier Animal Hospital made one of the hardest days of our lives a little more bearable. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff treated both Charlie and our family with incredible compassion, empathy, and dignity. They understood that we weren't just losing a pet--we were saying goodbye to a cherished member of our family. They made her transition peaceful, gentle, and filled with love, and for that I will be forever grateful. The keepsakes they provided mean more than words can express. They carefully made ink prints of Charlie's paw and her precious snoot, gave us clippings of her fur, and later sent us a heartfelt handwritten sympathy card. Those thoughtful gestures have brought so much comfort during our grief. Knowing I can still give Charlie's little snoot a kiss whenever I'm missing her is an immeasurable gift. No one ever wants to need end-of-life veterinary services, but if that day comes for someone you love, I cannot recommend Collier Animal Hospital highly enough. They cared for Charlie with kindness and respect until her very last moments, and they cared for us just as deeply afterward. Their compassion will stay with our family forever. Dr Sheridan and KB were outstanding! This was our first visit, and they were so personable, caring, professional, and genuine. We discussed current health, future treatments, and general tips for overall care. I didn't feel rushed nor my concerns/questions dismissed. The conversation was engaging and enlightening. Exceeded my expectations. I know my cats are in good hands, and I look forward to the next checkup.

I can't say enough great things about Collier Animal Hospital. The doctors, the assistants, and the front desk staff are all fabulous. They actually answer the phone on the first ring, offer texting and emails, and are very responsive. They always work us in on the same day, even on a Saturday morning. Most importantly, they genuinely care about their pet patients and have compassion for us concerned pet parents. They answer my dumb questions and offer great advice and care to make my senior cat as comfortable as possible in her final stage of life. I highly recommend them!
