Colina Veterinary Hospital

Brought my baby Luna here for her vaccines. The staff was all friendly. They took her to the back give her her shots, quick and easy. I lost my paperwork. I think I accidentally threw it away. I emailed them for a copy and they sent it to me automatically with no problems. I was recommended here for my friend and I’m glad I found a new place for my puppy to go to.

I took my two young cats here recently. One was for spaying, and the other for kitten vaccinations. The staff is nice and helpful and the doctors are very caring. Prices are much more affordable than other places. I would not think twice about recommending this place to my friends and family. In fact, my sister in law had already taken her dog in for dental surgery and she had nothing negative to say about her experience here.

I had to take in my senior cat who would’ve been 20yrs old this winter for Euthanasia. Although my first experience with them was during one of the saddest of visits they were all great. From the person who answered my phone call to the vet who performed the euthanasia and everyone in between. Everyone was professional and caring. THANK YOU ALL.

I took my cat in for a dental procedure, it was a good experience. The staff was kind and helpful, the drop-off process was easy, and the cost of services was extremely reasonable. I was able to get my cat the vet care that she needed without excessive stress or financial strain, and without sacrificing the quality of her care. The staff was also very patient with me when I called with questions prior to the appointment. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Which ever rude little girl who answered the phone on 5/16/26 at 1:34 pm needs to take a customer service class. I have been taking many different pets here for years and despite the lack of timeliness on their end if they have me waiting longer than my appointment time I never complained.. even when the front desk ignored my dad on a different visit when he tried to walk up to ask how much longer it will be because 3 other people got served before him although he was waiting prior. But no getting treated so rudely over the phone by the front desk person simply because I'm asking questions regarding scheduling an appointment for my dog is the last straw. I will definitely not be bringing my pets here anymore or recommending them to anyone due to the lack of professionalism and zero respect the staff has for their long term customers. I hope the owner addresses this incident with their staff.
