I was recommended Dr. Melch by a friend of mine, and I’m so so beyond thankful we decided to go. She was extra kind and thorough with my 8 year old dog’s exam. She explained all potential charges ahead of time so I wasn’t left feeling blindsided. Overall such a clean, pleasant facility. We will definitely be back! PS The lick stains in the back are from the cheese and treats they gave my baby to ease her mind during her procedure :’)

They were so kind and accommodating to us when we had to find a place on short notice to put down our dog Miles. This was the hardest day for my husband and I and they were so caring. We even got two handwritten notes from the staff offering their condolences that also included his paw and nose prints. They really went the extra mile and I plan on taking my other dogs here moving forward.

My baby had his first visit here yesterday. The staff was so amazing and was willing to see him SAME DAY. A different local vet clinic laughed when I requested to get my baby seen ASAP. Everyone was so kind to him, gentle, upfront about costs, and demonstrated genuine concern for what I had to say. Nothing felt rushed. Very fair pricing, $69 office visit, and medication was similarly priced to other vets. Absolutely will be returning for vaccines! Thank you guys for all you do!

This place scheduled us for 9 am. By 9:40 we still hadn't been seen. They should have scheduled us for a time that they could see us.

This place is very clean and organized. The staff and Dr. Johnson are extremely knowledgeable and nice. Prices are reasonable. I'm just so impressed with the everyone being so friendly. We were offered a cold drink while we were waiting on test results concerning my dog. Dr. Johnson answered every question I had and I felt comforted by his empathy for my senior dog. He suggested the tests that he thought that she needed without pushing for others that she didn't need. It was about taking care of my fur baby, not making sales.
