CityVet | Old East Dallas

This is my first time leaving a business two reviews, but Dr. Effie and her team are truly deserve it! You really can't go wrong here. When I first came here, as stated before, I had a senior cat, who was just at the beginning of his senior years. From day one, Dr. Effie made myself feel as if my cats health was as important as her own pets' health, even till his final days! Most importantly, she never wavered once, while dealing with several health issues my senior cat dealt with. Junna is amazing as well and is very knowledgeable when it comes to the over well being of your pet. If I could ever recommend a veterinary clinic, this place would be it. It's hard to find places where you can truly trust, not only the vet, but the staff handling your pet as well, but this place is one of them!

Dr. Effie and her team are the best! I had a senior cat they started seeing years ago and it couldn’t have been a better experience all around. Junius is great as well and is a staple to the consistently positive treatment my cat receive as well. If you’re looking for a vet and are on the fence because you’re worried it may not be a good experience, this is the place to take your pet. No matter the outcome, you’ll definitely leave happy you chose this place over others when wanting the best for your pet! Also, Dr. Effie does have experience and works with exotic pets, so if you’re looking for someone in that realm, she is definitely good to consider on that level as well!

Amazing. Very transparent with costs and explained everything is easy terms for the avg person and brought my worries down tremendously. The front desk, MA, and doctor were all super kind and I would recommend this vet to anyone looking for their pets new care team. Max loved the treats that were at the front when we checked out as well.

I have so much trust in Dr. Effie with my rabbits! She truly makes me and my buns feel comforted and cared for. She has so much knowledge and helps you understand everything! I will be continuing to see her in dallas even though I live about an hour away!

Dr. Effie and her staff are absolutely fantastic! Having our fur babies taken care of by such wonderful humans is truly a rare privilege. The kindness shown to them even while they are conscious of being "at the vet" and a bit scared is unmeasurable! I trust no-one else for the best care for our babies. I recommend them hands down as the best in Dallas!
