City Way Animal Clinics - Mass Ave

My cats and my dog are well taken care of at the Cityway animal clinic Mass Ave and Fountain Square location. Dr. Patrick takes care of my cats here, and my cats also love the techs, and the techs love them. They make them feel less nervous and also provide me peace of mind knowing my girls are being taken care of. One of my cats has kidney disease and can be more complex to take care of and she has to go in more often, but we have it well under control with their help. Dr. Squires has seen my dog for urgent care, since she normally gets checkups at the fountain square location, and my girl loves her and her staff. It’s also super continent to get into an urgent care or different location when something is wrong. The staff and vets keep me informed and explain everything thoroughly, and most importantly they love my pets, which makes me confident they’re in good hands.

Always a great experience. The staff really takes time and sincerely cares, and has always taken great care of our dogs. Dr. Patrick has been very helpful and gave great advice, and Luci was wonderful in handling our puppy Rocky, and Melina was very nice in handling our dog Lady. 5 stars all around!

What could improve? Just MAYBE not making a pets death difficult by ignoring ppl and harassing them about appointments hes been cremated no dog to bring to appointments hes been deceased 5 months and thats 5 months of emails and mail harassing us losers

Great first experience! Extra special care was shown when I brought my pup in here for the first time. We needed a second opinion for a suspected ear infection and Dr. Crow and the team there were very helpful in explaining our options and taking care of my concerns. We will be back for sure!

My cat Archie was having some urinary troubles and they thankfully were able to get us in quickly. I usually go to the Fountain Square location but Mass Ave (saw Dr. Miller and Luci) was also excellent. Very thorough team. Good with my anxious little guy. Highly recommend!
