I am leaving this review so no other family has to go through the nightmare we experienced. Under Dr. Ethan Olah's "care", our dog nearly died after a routine dental cleaning and tooth extraction. When I called the clinic to report that he was suffering from chest retractions and was having trouble breathing the day after the procedure, they dismissed it over the phone as 'anxiety' and didn't even ask to examine him. When I called again the following day during business hours, because I knew something was wrong, I was told that all the vets had left and that I "should probably take him to an emergency vet". When we got to the ER, we were told he was in severe respiratory distress and it was a life threatening emergency. He was in the hospital for several days and no one was sure he would make it. This clinic's lack of care and profound negligence nearly killed our dog and cost us $10,000 at an emergency vet to save his life. Our pup survived, but no thanks to this place. Avoid at all costs. They do not care and will do anything to protect themselves over your pet.

I've been going to Cityview Animal Hospital for many years & I won't go anywhere else. Dr. Lott is wonderful and I am very thankful to have him as my vet! As far as prices - IDk what other places charge to be able to compare- it's not cheap but seems reasonable- the most important thing I care about is the wonderful care my dogs receive! And the staff is kind & helpful! I recommend Cityview Animal Hospital!
We needed a local vet for our pets after years with one we loved—but the hour-long drive each way just wasn’t sustainable. 😩
City View Animal Hospital came highly recommended in our neighborhood group, and they’ve exceeded every expectation.
From the very first phone call, their team has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. The entire experience—from scheduling to care—has been seamless and genuinely customer-focused. 🤩
Most importantly, our highly allergic hound is finally getting real relief with their new treatment plan. 🥺🫶
We’re grateful to have found them and are proud to be loyal advocates. Highly recommend! 🐾🐶
I started bringing both of my pets to this hospital after moving to the area. Overall, the veterinarians and most of the staff have been kind and professional, which I truly appreciate.
However, I feel compelled to share a concern about one of the technicians (a younger blonde woman who wears glasses, though I don’t have her name). Unfortunately, my interactions with her have consistently been frustrating and concerning.
On multiple occasions, she has seemed to omit important information when relaying details to the veterinarian prior to the exam. During one visit, I specifically asked her to pass along a concern to the vet, but instead of doing so, she responded with her own assessment, saying she didn’t see any issue and that it should be fine. This was concerning, as I expect medical questions to be addressed directly by the veterinarian rather than dismissed prematurely.
In general, she appears rushed, does not always seem to fully listen, and can come across as dismissive. This has made several visits feel unnecessarily stressful, as I worry that my concerns are not being properly communicated.
I value the care provided by the veterinarians at this clinic, but this experience with this technician has significantly impacted my overall impression. I hope the clinic can address this, as clear communication and attentive care are so important when it comes to our pets.
Dr. Hudgens is very knowledgeable and kind. The ladies at the front desk are all super sweet! My sweet pup is very sick and I called the doctor way too many times on a day that she was off and Ann Marie was so patient and kind!
This clinic has not reached the certification score, and we have no accreditation or service records for it yet.
