Very wonderful people! They made the visit as painless as possible for my cat and gave her lots of treats and goodies to take home. They gave a lot of helpful information as well. Kitty is a happy camper 😃

My wife and I had only moved from Chicago to Seattle a week ago when our beloved cat, Miso, suddenly experienced severe respiratory distress after a grooming appointment. By the time we got her into the car, she was breathing rapidly and her nose and mouth were turning blue. We rushed her to City Cat, terrified and unsure of what’s going on. From the moment we arrived, Kelsey and Dr. Castor acted without hesitation. They immediately took Miso into treatment, stabilized her breathing, helped calm her down, and did everything they could to give her a chance. Just as importantly, they took care of us. We were overwhelmed, frightened, and close to falling apart, but both Kelsey and Dr. Castor showed incredible compassion, patience, and empathy during one of the worst moments of our lives. They went above and beyond in every possible way. They helped coordinate with nearby specialty hospitals and emergency clinics, organized Miso’s medical information, and sent everything ahead to the ER to save precious time. During rush hour, they even helped escort us and Miso to the emergency hospital to ensure her transfer went as smoothly as possible. Sadly, we lost Miso that same night to severe heart failure. While the outcome was heartbreaking, we will never forget the professionalism, kindness, love, and care that Dr. Castor and Kelsey showed to both Miso and our family. Knowing that Miso spent her final hours surrounded by people who genuinely cared for her brings us tremendous comfort. They are truly angels. I also want to mention that their pricing was extremely reasonable, especially considering the extraordinary level of care they provided. In all my years of owning pets and visiting veterinary clinics, I have never experienced this level of dedication, compassion, and humanity. Our other cat, Sushi, will absolutely be a patient at City Cat going forward. They have earned our trust and gratitude for life. Thank you, Dr. Castor. Thank you, Kelsey. We will never forget what you did for Miso.

Moved here from Arizona with our cat who had a urinary blockage about a year ago. Was recommended City Cat Vet Clinic from a friend of a friend while we were still visiting here. Amy was GREAT! Helped us get a better understanding about what our little baby (10 years old but still our baby 🤣) needs!

My partner and I decided to take our cat here to establish care because of the great reviews and we're glad we did. We got lucky and found a parking spot up front (kind of a tight spot), but if you're not as lucky, street parking is available. When we first walked in, what we noticed most was that it was quiet and peaceful. Our cat who is a nervous kitty out of the house seemed calm and just took in her surroundings. We sat in the waiting area with the clinic cat who was so open to belly rubs :) The exam room was small, but has a bench for sitting that can only fit 1-2 people comfortably. Our kitty immediately took to hiding, but the staff were very gentle with scooping her out from under for the exam. She received two vaccines and Dr. Aimee was quick and our cat seemed very comfortable hanging out in her lap during the exam. She answered all of our questions and we were happy with the care our cat received :)

my cat is a new patient with Dr. Castor, she provided a lot of great education to me on cat care as a new cat parent and took wonderful care of mazda. her staff was friendly and helpful during our visit and responsive when I had questions later over email. I would highly recommend City Cat!
