Charm City vet is the best! They are very gentle with my elderly, persnickety male cat. They knew exactly how to guiltily put the towel over him, whom diverting his attention with a treat. It was amazing that he didn’t over react & attack. The tech, Leah worked her magic to keep him calm. Dr. Eavers was recommended to us & is everything our friends described. She was so personable, kind, thorough, and patient. I felt an immediate connection. She heard & understood my concerns for my old guy. I was so amazed with her manner. I am so impressed with this business. The caregivers from the front desk to the ones who held him are amazing. After changing vets after 30 years of service with him, I was concerned. But I have a new vet now! How can I thank you enough? I will tell the world: come here! They care.

Wouldn't recommend this Veterinary Hospital due to very poor in-office communication, and how some members of staff seem to be uncomfortable around very sweet and small kittens. See below for details. All records/documents were provided (at the businesses request) in advance of the appointment, the front desk confirmed receipt of the same. We were told that they must review documents before our appointment time, no matter what. At the appointment, tech claimed they didn't receive any documents. I showed proof that this was untrue and had to explain my pets history to the tech. Later, when the veterinarian came into our room, she had not reviewed the history/documents provided nor been updated on anything by the tech. I was then advised to get my kitten a specific treatment and vaccine but I had to remind them she already had it done, which was in the records and history I already gave multiple times by now. If they had treated her without my reminder, my kitten could have become severely sick. Additionally, the staff did not seem concerned with how they physically handled my docile and sweet kitten. At the end of the appointment, there was no advice given for our situation but we were charged $100 to be seen. It was acknowledged that if they had reviewed the documents before the appointment, as they specified they would do, then the appointment was unnecessary. I recognize that there are specific protocols in place to keep staff safe but those protocols were extremely unnecessary in our situation. I wish they were more careful as my kitten was already injured and definitely not a threat in any capacity. Overall, I wish this place had treated us with more empathy and respect. It didn't seem like they cared about my kittens wellbeing and only cared about making some money.

The vets and techs at Charm City are really compassionate people. I took my dog there for many years and never felt pressured or judged for choosing the care that I felt was best for him. They are great about getting you in quickly if your pet is sick and are upfront with costs. My dog passed away at their office recently and I was so grateful for their kindness, care, and support during the process.

They found a lump on our dog. Basically said keep an eye on it but unless it gets a lot bigger or if she is bothered by it to not worry. It seemed way too nonchalant to us so we decided to get a second opinion. It is a MAST cell tumor that needs to come off ASAP. Fingers crossed for our little girl and very disappointed we trusted charm city with her care.

I asked will I be charged for the vet to check my dogs anal glads during the exam she said no and I was charged anyway. I asked how much was the medication and the tech told me the wrong amount. When I checked out they did not give me a run down of what I was paying for and the prices. I believe they did this because they knew they gave me the wrong prices. I’m very upset
