I recently moved both my cats here from a further vet and have been very happy with the service. If you live in downtown/midtown, the location is convenient, with a dedicated parking lot. Staff are nice and very competent with animals, even though both of my cats hate going anywhere and one of them is extremely anxious. I felt safe with them taking care of my babies. They also have clear billing so you know what you're paying for. I'll be continuing to return here for check ups and vaccine updates.

Dr. Alicia Ruiz and her team are the best! They all are so helpful and caring. Dr. Ruiz is incredible, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. They are always able to fit me in and the one time they were not able to, they found a place that I could go to take my big little one to. They are so wonderful, I am so lucky to have found them and for them to be the team to help my littles (big or small). I can’t say enough good words. Paola is fantastic and kindhearted. She always remembers my littles and ask how they are doing when I call or when I go for one of their appointments. She is always willing to help. They all are so wonderful and always make sure everything is ok before we leave. This is one of the best veterinary clinics I have been to. Everyone there is amazing, compassionate, and understanding. Thank you Dr. Ruiz, Paola and your whole team for taking care of my littles and for all that you do. -Faith

Dear Dr Ruiz & Staff, You have been taking care of all the animals Michele and I rescue. Mostly Senior, FIV, FLV, or autistic cats. During the 20+ years we have been with CPAH, we have received above & beyond treatment from all the staff. I know Dr Ruiz may retire soon; I am happy for her but sad at the same time. She is a great Vet and really takes great care of the animals in her charge. My sister and her husband have also been taking their cats to her for decades as well. The staff and front desk personnel always go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need to do our part at home for aftercare. A huge thank you to PAOLA and ALICIA, and all the other VET TECHS and STAFF for all you care, attention and hard work. GOD BLESS!
