If I could give them ten stars! Dr. Senter and her staff are amazing. Dr. Senter provides very detailed instructions with visual images when explaining specific illness, diagnosis and treatment. She and staff are incredibly tuned in when we share concerns regarding our cats. Very gentle and loving toward our felines. Gives us alot of time, no rushing us out the door. I will not go anywhere else!

Been going here for better than a decade and Dr. Senter and her staff have always cared for our fur baby's. They are friendly and take their time with you. As long as we have pets, this will be our vet.

My 13 week old Malinoi visited for a check up and vaccinations. The staff was super awesome friendly and professional. I have one issue, my pooch keeps asking about the pretty tech, “Emma,” who cuddled him and gave him the magical chicken and apple flavored treats. Thank you Emma.

These people are terrible. They just put you in a room and let you sit just like a doctor's office and they don't care about your pets. All they want is money, don't go here. You'll regret it

Horrible experience. Please do not take your pets here if you love them.I was referred to this company by my favorite Aunt Judy, whom has been going there for many years . I received a call from a new receptionist the day prior to my appointment who told me my appointment was at a certain time frame, I arrived at that appt time and was put in a room for a half an hour at least and no one had come in there to check on us or said anything. So I asked the receptionist. Did they forget about us? I was treated rudely by the staff and told that I was an hour early so I would need to wait until the other appointments were seen before me. I had just received the the call the day before and I certainly did not forget the time within 24 hours. I will never ever go back to this place again. I will make sure none of my friends or family take their animals there ever again.
